Financial Support Starts with an Honest Assessment

Merit-based support

Strong academic performance may attract tuition support, depending on the programme, intake and available awards. The amount and continuation conditions should be confirmed in writing after your result has been assessed.

Need-based support

Where family circumstances make study difficult, need-based support may be considered. Applicants may be asked to provide financial or household information so the college can assess the request fairly and confidentially.

Support on the DPU route

Scholarships or awards connected with DPU are decided under DPU’s current policies and may follow a separate process. Lahore City College can help applicants understand the procedure but cannot guarantee an award before DPU confirms it.

Workers Welfare Board-funded education

This is a separate route for eligible workers and their children. It is not a general tuition discount and has its own documents, approval process and funding conditions.

What responsible scholarship communication looks like

A scholarship should never be promised before eligibility and documents are checked. Applicants should receive the award value, duration, renewal conditions, exclusions and effect on refunds in writing.
