What we expect from teachers

Teachers should communicate clearly, plan lessons, assess fairly and create a respectful learning environment. They should be willing to update their subject knowledge, use appropriate digital tools and contribute to student guidance.

Selection process

Shortlisted applicants may be asked to attend an interview, deliver a teaching demonstration and provide references. The process and the timeline are set out in each vacancy notice.

Working at the college

Publish only verified employment benefits and policies. Remove generic claims about insurance, dental plans, disability cover, retirement schemes or retiree healthcare unless they are formally provided to the relevant role.
